Dr. Persaud is a licensed and board-certified Family Physician. Her passion is primary care, prevention, health education and women’s health. Dr. Persaud enjoys serving patients of all ages from newborns to geriatrics. Every person and their families are different and unique in their own needs. She believes in treating the patient as whole, and not just their diagnosis. Dr. Persaud looks forward to helping her patients design their individual treatment plan to achieve their best possible outcome.

Dr. Thach is a board-certified and licensed osteopathic Family Medicine physician. Her clinical interests are preventative medicine, adolescent medicine, women’s health, and chronic disease management. She offers osteopathic manipulation as adjunctive therapy for various medical conditions. With over 10 years of experience, Dr. Thach provides a holistic, collaborative approach to patient care and values the unique partnerships fostered between her and her patients. She aims to educate and encourage health and wellness in all seasons of life.

Heather Winkler is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Jacksonville University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and South University where she earned her Family Nurse Practitioner. Heather has 25 years experience in the medical field, with 20 years in Women’s Health. Heather prides herself in providing high quality, patient centered care.

Monica is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who comes with sixteen years of experience in the medical field. She specializes in Family Practice and is dedicated to providing comprehensive patient centered care. She earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing and Science from Chamberlain University. Her hobbies include family time with her husband and children, reading and going on trips.

Jadira is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with thirteen years of advanced practice experience. She specialized in Family Medicine and Primary Care. She graduated from her Associate of Science in Nursing from Interamericana University of Puerto Rico, Aguadilla Campus in 1997. Graduated from her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Interamericana University of Puerto Rico, Metro Campus in 1999. She worked at several hospitals specializing in Emergency Care and Spinal Cord Injury. Earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Graceland University in 2012. Jadira is committed to a collaborative approach to healthcare, where patient education and open communication are prioritized. She is highly rated by patients for her attentive listening, clarity in explaining medical conditions, and ensuring that
appointments are never rushed.

Marcell Bailey is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Marcy has been in the health care profession since 2005 starting as a nurse’s aide. Marcy graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2007 from the University of South Florida and completed her Master of Science in Nursing in 2019 from the University of Cincinnati. Marcy worked as a bedside RN for 13 years in women’s health as a labor and delivery and nursery nurse where she fell in love with taking care of the whole family. She has experience as a FNP in primary care and acute care for the past 6 years.

Mary Davis, APRN, FNP, AGNP-P has 29+ years’ experience in healthcare. Mary attended Polk State College and Florida Southern College. She obtained a primary care dual certification in adult/geriatric and family as an advanced practice nurse. She also obtained a certification as a medical examiner for the department of transportation (DOT) and is experienced in workmen’s compensation injuries. She especially enjoys managing patients with acute illness, women’s health and contraceptive care.

Anielka is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner spanning years of experience of advanced practice and Emergency Room nurse. She has extensive clinical expertise in occupational medicine/workers compensation, emergency medicine, and patient centered treatment across diverse populations. She is committed to delivering evidence-based care while building strong, trusting relationships with patients.

William Narvaez Cruz, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Herzing University in Wisconsin. He brings extensive clinical experience across emergency care, intensive care, dialysis, primary care, urgent care, and occupational health. His academic foundation includes nursing degrees from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico and the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. William Narvaez is passionate about promoting health and safety in workplace settings. He is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care while advancing leadership in advanced nursing practice

Emilio attended Florida Atlantic University where he obtained his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Health Promotion and then obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree at University of St. Augustine and has been practicing physical therapy since 2021. He brings extensive experience in assisting orthopedic and geriatric patients across diverse treatment setting and is consistently seeking continual clinical growth. Emilio emphasizes compassion-driven approach to promote a positive patient environment. Emilio finds joy in travel, trying new foods, playing/watching basketball and football, and spending leisure time in Walt Disney World.

Karen has been a practicing clinician for over 22 years. She has her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine, and her Bachelor’s degree was through University of Central Florida. She also has an advanced certification in Lymphedema management. Dr. Stephens has a broad spectrum of experience in a multitude of settings including, acute care, stroke management, pediatric, geriatrics, and outpatient. She is currently expanding her knowledge and experience through an advanced certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy from McKenzie Institute International. She has presented CEU courses to physicians as well as other therapists to achieve cohesive clinical understanding between all disciplines to produce better outcomes for their patients. Her hobbies are outdoor activities, and spending time with family.

Brittany graduated from Illinois State University while earning her Bachelors and Masters of Science for Food, Nutrition and Dietetics and completing her dietetic internship. She is a registered dietitian/licensed nutritionist. Over the past 10 years Brittany has been working as a Clinical Dietitian in a hospital and worked several years as an outpatient dietitian.

Madeline master’s degree is in Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language from Evangel University. Madeline believes that we all have our own journey in life. At times, we all need help navigating the challenges of life and or fears. Each client is unique with their own set of needs and struggles. Madeline understands that it is imperative to listen to the clients’ stories. It is the key to help each client reaching their goals.

After attaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physiology at University of Florida, Dr. Hughes continued his studies at the Palmer College of Chiropractic. He has over 5 years of experience using gentle and effective chiropractic techniques working with headache and migraine sufferers, patients with neck or back pain and many other issues that may be affected by your spine and nervous system. Now he is excited and honored to be able to help you restore function to your body naturally, gently and effectively.
