  • Bring a list of concerns and questions to discuss with your provider
  • Provide a list of all medications, including supplements, and over-the-counter medicine, so we can help prevent negative reactions
  • Inform us of any previous medical surgeries or emergency rooms visits
  • When you receive care elsewhere, authorize to have your information sent to us, so we can keep it with your medical record
  • Be informed about and involved in your healthcare decisions
  • Be sure to ask any questions related to your care, condition or treatment

Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy is a cost-effective treatment to help restore mobility and decrease pain, in order to return to normal daily activities, work and sports. In many cases, physical therapy can help reduce the need for surgery or medications, and is frequently recommend after surgical interventions. Whether it’s a sprain, strain or post-operative management, our team specializes in creating individualized treatment plans to help you reach your goals.

Occupational Health

Our providers are skilled in managing all types of employer-related medical care, utilizing evidence based practices proven to improve outcomes and reduce time away from work. Our facility has the ability to dispense prescription medications at the time of the visit, thereby reducing delays at a pharmacy and improving the recovery time. The safe and rapid return of the injured worker to full function is our primary goal.

The Center for Employee Health also plays an important role in helping the School District of Osceola County promote a safe environment by offering comprehensive drug and alcohol testing services and consultation that meet all Drug Free Workplace and Department of Transportation requirements. Our Medical Review Officer (MRO) Services ensure that the rights of the employee and employer are protected through the drug testing process.

Nutrition Counseling (Medical Nutrition Therapy) provides up to date nutrition and lifestyle recommendations for your diagnosis, along with suggestions on how to apply them to your daily life.

Specialized nutritional counseling is available for: Cardiac (high cholesterol/high triglycerides), high blood pressure, underweight, weight management, digestive diseases (diverticulosis, inflammatory bowel disease, and irritable bowel disease), food allergies/sensitivities, cancer, pre-diabetes, diabetes, and pregnancy/lactation.

Initial consultation visit includes

  • One-on-one individualized nutrition therapy
  • Professional review of current eating, exercise, and lifestyle habits
  • Evidence-based nutrition treatment based on your diagnosis
  • Assistance with realistic goal setting
  • Guidance on overcoming barriers to achieve positive change
  • Review of current eating pattern and calorie needs
  • Written handouts on education discussed
  • Opportunity to ask questions about health, diet etc.

Follow-up visits are strongly encouraged to help improve your success and will be shorter than initial consultation.


The Center for Employee Health aims to make medical care as convenient as possible for employees and their families. In addition to providing primary care, urgent care, and other health services, we also offer a wide variety of lab tests and specimen draws that can be performed at the center, including:

  • HbA1c
  • Glucose/Blood Sugar
  • Urine Testing

A certified phlebotomist is available to collect specimens, including lab scripts from another Provider seen from outside the center.

Lab specimen draws are available Monday through Friday from 7am to 1pm, by appointment only. To schedule an appointment call 407-483-5757. Blood draw patients visiting the Center for Employee Health will need to bring lab scripts no older than 1 year from initial lab script order. Check your lab script to see if fasting is required, as many tests do not require it. X-rays cannot be done for Providers outside of the Center.
